Born in Mexico City, Israel came to the United States at the age of six. Growing up, he discovered his gift for fine arts, but had difficulties applying his skill to a given career. Throughout high school & college, Israel curiously began cutting & styling his own hair, not realizing this would be his calling. The battle cry of the BSG community.
